3.) Services are available for 24*7 (365 Days).
4.) We don't accept tips.
5.) Vehicle should be in a range of 10mtr of your location.
6.) Delivery will be in a time window. No fixed time is guaranteed.
7.) Vehicle will wait max 10mins for delivery else vehicle will left. ( Delivery charges will be deducted from your account ).
8.) Due to reasons such as applicable law, terrain or building features and limitations (e.g., overhead clearance), or the requirements of some private property owners, the Services may not be available in all locations within a service area. We reserve the right to decline to enter into any area to access your vehicle’s tank, for any reason. You generally will not be charged in such circumstances.
